    Learning Agreement

    When you are joining any IOSH course, you enter into the following agreement with us:
    The AHLAN Safety will:

    • Cover all learning outcomes in the specification

    • Provide or guide you to the information you need to complete the qualification

    • Provide professional revision and examination technique assistance.

    • Be prompt in responding to any inquiries or emails for formative assessments send by tutor

    • Maintain a professional demeanour at all times

    You must:

    • You must attend the batch which you have selected. In case you do not show up or drop in between the batch you have selected you will be required to pay AED 300 to book your seat in the next batch.

    • Maintain 80% of attendance in online & face to face classes;

    • Complete 80% of eLearning course for learners doing self study.

    • Attend all formative assessment in eLearning, Virtual Training and Face to Face classroom.

    • The course is intended for individual participation only. If it is determined that the training was not completed by you personally eLearning, online and classroom, your enrollment will be cancelled without eligibility for a refund.

    • Achieve more than 50% in mock assessment

    • pay special attention to revision and examination technique advice; and

    • bring any learning difficulties to our attention as soon as possible.

    Payment Terms

    1. Course Fee Payment

      1. The total course fee must be cleared within 30 days of course registration.

      2. Payment of exam fees and certificate charges must be made at the time of exam registration or application.

      3. EMI Options are offered only on Level 3 & Level 6 Courses.

      4. For Classroom courses all the course fees need to be cleared before the start of the class or on the first day of the class

      5. All certificates and exams will be applied once the outstanding balance is cleared.

    2. Late Payment Charges

      1. A late payment charge of AED 250 per installment per month will be applied to any overdue payments.

      2. If your course fees is due for more than 90 days, the course will be automatically canceled, and the student must re-register to restart the course.

    3. By agreeing to this agreement, you accept and are bound by the terms set forth by the AHLAN Safety.

    Terms & Conditions

    This page outlines the booking terms and forms the basis of your contract with the AHLAN Safety. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE court.

    Course Fees & Payments

    AHLAN Safety fees consist of 2 types of fees that is Course fees and Exam fees.

    • Course fees has to be cleared at the time of enrollment or within 30 days of admission.

    • Exam fees has to be cleared before the exam registration deadline or application of your certificate.

    Certificates and Exam will be processed only after the payment is 100% cleared.

    AHLAN Safety will never promote unethical practice or provide pass guarantee for any of its courses. All fees are payable to AHLAN Safety official account only. AHLAN Safety of Safety will not be liable or responsible for any payments made to other accounts. If any staff asks for payments or promote pass guarantee on our courses kindly report to .co for confirmation before making any payment.

    AHLAN Safety will never ask for any payments to be made to them. If any staff asks kindly report to enquiry@ahlansafety.com

    All fees are payable in advance. Course materials will not be sent until payment is received. Fees quoted are correct at time of publication, but AHLAN Safety reserves the right to alter fees at any time.

    General

    Complete Payment must be received before course begins. Materials and log in details (if relevant) will not be issued until payment is received. AHLAN Safety reserves the right to refuse admittance to the course/exams until payment is received.

    AHLAN Safety reserves the right to cancel or alter the dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual or organization providing the service. In the event of a course cancellation, bookings will normally be deferred to the next available course at the same venue unless the client specifically requests otherwise.

    Exams fees are subject to change and same will be update to learners.

    Virtual Classroom Workshop

    Whilst we will try to maintain ideal numbers of delegates to tutors, this is not always possible. The final decision on number of delegates per course is made by AHLAN Safety.

    AHLAN Safety reserves the right to deliver a course by using one or multiple trainers. Whilst the same trainer will always be used where possible, this is not always practical.

    Course materials are kept under continuous review via rigorous quality procedures. AHLAN Safety cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in the course materials.

    AHLAN Safety cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances (including acts of God) that affect the running/delivery of a course. We will endeavor to work with our clients to resolve any such matter to the best of our ability.

    Whilst AHLAN Safety does its best to keep venues as listed on the website, AHLAN Safety reserves the right to change the venue at any time. Delegates will be notified of any changes to the course venue.

    Distance Learning Courses

    Support from the study support team is unlimited, however the onus is on the delegate to contact tutors when in need of assistance. This can be done via telephone, email, social media, Skype etc. Tutors will be allocated to each learner along with tutor email address and office number.

    Mocked assessments / assignments are provided as part of the course materials. It is vitally important that these are completed and submitted for feedback before delegates sit exams.

    Invoices will be issued immediately on receipt of booking forms completely filled. Login details and access to E-Learning courses are supplied only on payment of invoice.

    In-House Training

    For any courses that are to be provided on the client’s premises, it is the responsibility of the client to provide the following: A suitable training room, large enough for all attendees, Lunch and refreshments (if applicable), A projector, flipchart and pens, Toilet and washing facilities etc..

    Cancellations / Refunds

    Telephone cancellations/deferrals cannot be accepted but have to write an email to enquiry@ahlansafety.com within 15 days after the course registration immediately in email.

    The course is intended for individual participation only. If it is determined that the training was not completed by you personally, your enrollment will be cancelled without eligibility for a refund.

    In addition, AHLAN Safety reserves the right to charge AED 500 administration fee for each cancellation/deferral. Once materials are sent & exams are registered refunds cannot be offered.

    For cancellations/deferrals within 15 days preceding the course commencement date, Ahlan Safety reserve the right to pass on any such delegate fees that they incurred for each day of the course deferral like exams fees and British Council fees already paid.

    All the EMI’s on the courses has to be paid on time. Late payment will be charged 10% of the total due amount.

    Whilst AHLAN Safety does its best to keep venues as listed on the website, AHLAN Safety reserves the right to change the venue at any time. Delegates will be notified of any changes to the course venue by email/SMS/Call.

    Car parking charges may vary from office to office. AHLAN Safety is not liable for any such charges.

    Complaints / Grievances

    The following learner complaint Procedure shall not apply to claims relating to academic standing, grading or discipline. Such matter is within the jurisdiction of the Awarding bodies of their respective qualifications. The learner Grievance Procedures shall apply to learners complains relating to Student Programs, Facilities, Services & Student Relations: Allegations of unfair treatment from faculty, administration, staff or fellow learners.

    • a) Discuss the problem informally with your learning advisor

    • b) If for any reason the complaint is not resolved informally within 1-2 days the student should fill the complaint form available at office or email his complaint to admin@ahlansafety.com

    • c) AHLAN's Team will conduct an investigation of the facts upon which the complaint is based. As soon as practicable, the AHLAN's Team for Students shall notify the grievant of the results of the investigation within 4-5 days.

    Learning Partner Acceptance (Declaration)

    This digital form requires no physical signatures of learning partner & the learner and represents a binding agreement between the learner and learning partner for the above agreed Terms and Conditions.
